2. Scope. These terms govern all online orders placed on this site by consumers. Placing an order means accepting them.

3. Products. Live, non-alcoholic fermented beverages (kombucha and ginger beer), 500 ml, perishable — keep refrigerated. Product descriptions and mandatory information appear on each product page before purchase.

4. Prices. In euros, French VAT included. The per-bottle price depends on the quantity tier shown in the shop. Prices may change, but orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of order.

5. Minimum order. Orders are sold by the case, minimum 12 bottles, mixed freely across the range.

6. Orders & payment. Order online; payment is taken by card at checkout via our payment provider (Stripe). The sale is concluded when we send order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, suspected fraud) and refund any sum paid.

7. Delivery. We deliver in scheduled seasonal runs to the cities listed at checkout. The drop date shown is the target date for your city; we'll tell you if it moves. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery terms and any fee are shown at checkout.

8. Right of withdrawal. See the separate Right of Withdrawal notice. The standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to perishable goods.

9. Faulty, spoiled, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or wrong, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.

10. Liability. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for misuse or improper storage of a perishable product after delivery.

11. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
